60" Web Treatment

The 60" machine is a roll-to-roll system that has a 21 foot residence path in the plasma with transport rates from 4 to 100 feet per minute.  Our web treatment system can handle materials up to 60" wide.

This system is employed in treating fabric (both woven and non-woven), film or foils on a continuous basis.  Commercial applications include processes to render treated materials hydro- and oleophobic as well as processes to make substrates hydrophilic and reactive.  Obviously, the process selection depends on the application.
