Small Scale Batch Treatment

The most versatile system for plasma treatment of discrete parts is a batch system.  Molded or machine plastic, elastomer, ceramic or metal parts are all good candidates for a batch system.  Cleaning, Activation, deposition and grafting processes are all possible in a batch system.

A batch system may not be the ideal production system for your product, but many times we suggest performing the development work in this system.  A batch system allows evaluation by a matrix of experiments using a relatively small sampling from the customer, saving time and material.    4th State has extensive knowledge in transferring the process into our tumbler, 60" or PS 1010 systems.
